+Today I wanted to talk about the SOS Childrens Villages.
+I do not know if you are aware but in China there are SOS Childrens Villages in Tianjin, Yantai, Qiqihar, Nanchang, Chengdu, Kaifeng, Putian, Urumqi og Lhasa.
+In the Chinese SOS Childrens villages around 1000 children are housed in around 134 family houses.
+Dedicated staff and volunteers help the children live as normal a life as possible, they help them getting an education and teach them how to become independent individuals.
+The SOS Childrens villages are funded by donors, who sponsor either a child or the village - My wife and me choose I think around two years ago to support a child in the Tianjin SOS Childrens Village.
+We have been very glad to get progress reports about our sponsor child and feel deeply satisfied by the knowledge that we in this way can help someone so far away.
+I hope you will consider becoming a sponsor also.
